WTF, this thing works just fine. I bought mine used on Mercari and it had no instructions. It took me about 10 min to figure it out. I use it when replying to websites on my phone and cannot leave the page or I'll loose my info. It works perfectly fine. People have gotten so lazy and inept, it doesn't work, it's to small... lord, I remember going to college and we didn't have computers.

NO instructions and complicatating

I do much better at crossword puzzles with this electronic dictionary. The most used feature allows a "wild card" placed around letters you suspect are correct and getting a list of possible words with all known combination s. Spelling and word look-up is automatic on PCs but for paper crosswords the Franklin dictionary helps fill-in the blanks!
