I've used this for about 3 weeks in Florida summer heat. It has been through yoga, beach days, long hikes and everyday life and it works very well for a natural deodorant. Zero irritation which is often a problem for me with natural deodorants. The Bamboo Bliss scent is very soft and clean and could be for a man or woman. It is a firmer deodorant so it doesn't glide on as smoothly as some others but if you put it against your skin for a second or two, it glides well. It goes on transparently and hasn't stained my clothes.

I really like this stuff. It goes on smooth (after it warms for a few seconds). It's better than Native in that regard. I feel like Native is so 'soft' that it uses a lot of product. This doesn't have a strong scent (I kind of wish is was a little stronger). No baking soda is nice. I found that the baking soda clumped and on occasion burned spots under my arms. I've been trying to find a good, natural deodorant that works for me...with a lot of discussion with friends doing the same. This one is a winner.

This deodorant is amazing.I’m allergic to sodium bicarbonate so it has been nearly impossible to find a “healthy” deodorant that works. I’ve used this deodorant for a month now and I have NO ITCHING OR REDNESS and I smell great all day. So many of the healthy deodorants did not cover up my stinky arm pits at all. I’m very active, go to the gym, play hockey, chase my kids and I only need to apply this deodorant once in the morning and I’m good for the whole day. I’m seriously so greatful that this deodorant exists that this is my first review ever. (I bought the Lilac scent)

Okay, so I think I’ve finally come to an understanding of why most deodorants just smell awful on me after a few hours, and it’s the scent! When some scents mix with body odor, it just smells awful. I tried this deodorant in the lilac scent, and I finished it off. By the end of the day I would always smell really funky. This isn’t new to me, I tried nearly every kind of natural deodorant sold in the grocery stores (baking soda ones were a big no) and I even tried lume (gross wet mess that made me smell like flowery rotting onions after a few hours, literally turned my pits brown and I could never tell if I was almost out).I really liked the consistency of this deodorant, it doesn’t stain my clothes (even the white ones), doesn’t change my pits weird colors, no rash and actually washes off in the shower with a good scrub. I decided to try the non scented one, and it works absolutely fantastic. It gives about a 12 hour coverage which is great for a natural powder deodorant with no baking soda. If you exercise, yes you’ll want to take a shower and reapply because you will smell sweaty but you won’t smell like onions.So, if you struggle with stink, try the unscented version or a different scent. I’m almost done with my unscented version, and I’m going to try the bamboo one next to see how it fares with my body chemistry as I miss having pits that smell good since I don’t wear any perfume.

I was having a terrible time finding a deodorant that doesn't irritate my extremely sensitive skin, natural or not my skin wouldn't stop freaking out. I started using this one about 5 days ago and not only does it not irritate me it also held up to a soiled 8 hours of hard yard work and a ton of sweating without needing to be reapplied. Finally I found one that works for me and isn't irritating or over fragranced to the point it triggers a migraine.

This product caused a horrible red, itchy rash.

We have been searching the ends of the earth for a good, working natural deodorant for my 12 year old daughter. Somehow, she inherited a very stinky underarm smell. This one absolutely works wonders. She tells me every day how it works all day and she doesn't have the smell. She is in love, so am I!

Unfortunately, the other reviewers who said that this does little to mask body odor were correct. I thought I would be fine because I don't have issues with sweating and my B.O. isn't too strong ordinarily. So, I just need a little assistance from my deodorant. This deodorant works for only a few hours and then you can start to smell yourself, but weirdly you start to smell worse than yourself, if that makes any sense. I even gave it another chance and tried cool cucumber in addition to uncented. A pricey experiment. No luck, no dice. Thankfully, it did NOT give me a rash.I had a fantastic experience with Lume, which I used faithfully for a year without issues until I recently developed and angry and painful rash in connection with it. Next, I am going to try Lone, which is touted as being very similar to Lume, but is not sold on Amazon. It is under $10, so it will be well worth the experiment.
