It works fine. Has a couple of glitches that you may want to be aware of:1.- If you play your amp loud and the tails toggle switch in the pedal is off, you will hear a click and you will notice a loud air noise in the background. This is not a big deal though since if you are used to play your amp that loud, the rest of your band might be as well so neither the clicks or air wont be noticeable.2.- There is a very scratchy tail when you mute palm low strings/frequencies loud. If you want to use this pedal for very heavy ambient style it might not be good, but if you are looking for emulating spring reverb from a combo amp, man this is a very competitive toy. I tested this pedal in the FX loop and in front of a Hot Rod Deville III. I can tell you that through the FX loop it sounds really nice and in front of the amp it sounds superior than the built-in spring reverb when using the Gain channel. The other day I played and compared it against the BigSky, Context and Polara as spring reverb for rhythm. Very competitive. If you need a pedal for rhythm and light or standard playing applications, you wont be disappointed.

Wicked, dreamy tones, great price.
This thing sounds lovely. Wrote a song the night I got it, super inspiring.Switches are nice, better than the other cheaper pedals. Larger knobs are nice, good click at selections. Feature rich .Cons: little knobs are hard to see what you're doing, or get too with big fingers. Small complaint, though, as it keeps the footprint down. Cables don't like to fully seat in, but they don't cause any buzzing, just bothers me.

Buying this pedal was the first huge disappointment I ever received from Amazon and their fulfillment vendors
Buying this pedal was the first huge disappointment I ever received from Amazon and their fulfillment vendors. It comes down to three simple reasons: 1) I pre-ordered the ReEcho Pro at a good price, which later caused problems with making a return, and 2) They sent the wrong pedal, and 3) the pedal was tempermental and then after 20 days, quit working.I was excited to try the new Mooer pro dual pedals, and when I saw their ReEcho Pro on pre-order for $105, I purchased it instantly. I was in for quite a long wait, with no real indication of when the pedal would become available. It turned out to be unavailable for over six weeks. But still, that was fair.Once I received it, I opened the box to see that they hadn't sent the ReEcho Pro, but the ShimVerb Pro. However, since it was here and I was looking for some effects to help build some ambience in my sound, I decided to keep it for a couple of weeks to try it out. While playing with it, I noticed that the effect would malfunction here and there, cut out, etc. I made sure my power supply was up to correct spec (it was) and that my power outlets were solid (they were). The ShimVerb continued to misbehave in several locations before finally dying.I decided it had to go back, so began my return process. I then noticed that I was not going to be able to simply exchange the ShimVerb for the ReEcho because in the weeks since my order, the Mooer Dual Pro pedals all increased in price another 40%! I would not be able to get the ReEcho for the original agreed upon price. So I basically had to decide if I wanted to keep a tempermental reverb pedal for my home rig, or risk buying a ReEcho for more money that may also turn out to be flawed. I decided to keep the ShimVerb and put it on a shelf for a few weeks while gathering more gear for my home rig. When I put the ShimVerb back into the effect line and powered up, it worked for an hour, then died and never returned.I think I'm done with Mooer pedals. The reverbs on the ShimVerb are pretty much on par with any Behringer pedal.

Reverbs are pro quality
Very impressed with the sound and features of the Mooer shimverb pro. Very easy to operate, has five quality reverbs with the ability to manipulate highs and lows, wet (amount of reverb) and Decay (length of reverb) also has a pre-delay setting that slightly delays the start of the reverb. 5 Shimmer effects, can achieve +3,+4,+5,+7,+9 half-step modulation with and an octave option button. Anyone who uses reverb in their playing would really enjoy this pedal

DO NOT BUY! I purchased two Mooer pedals in one week and neither of them worked!
I purchased two Mooer pedals in one week and neither of them worked! I have never, ever been less satisfied with a company's products, and to put that into perspective, I have an Apple computer. I will NEVER give Mooer one more cent! I'm livid at the fact I have to pay return shipping on this metal brick. If you like being at the UPS store the day after getting a pedal, buy a Mooer. On Tuesday I received a Mooer Black Secret; a clone of the ProCo Rat and Turbo Rat. Whenever a chord is played, the volume dropped and the signal compressed into white noise at even the lowest distortion levels. I then gave Mooer the benefit of the doubt as all manufacturing companies have bad products slip through QC. Today, I excitedly plugged the Shimverb Pro into my stereo bass rig and although the reverb section worked, the shimmer section (what I really purchased the pedal for) didn't even turn on! The benefit of the doubt evaporated instantly; this is a sign that Mooer simply doesn't have a QC department.I'm getting my money back from these charlatan theives, and I'm telling everybody I know that Mooer pedals are utter feces.

Great sounds...not so great preset access!!
This is a great little unit and the range of sounds available from it are wide ranging and pleasing to the ear, with the options available theres a massive amount to play with and the ability to store a preset is great as it gives you the ability to have to wildly different sounds set up and is really useful, the only downside to this is to recall the preset you need to depress both buttons together which can be a bit tricky and is why I've docked a star but otherwise its highly recommended at the price and if you have it in a different place on your board the preset recall might not be so much of an issue.

Reverbero ok
