Taste very much like chocolate: good texture, enjoyable. Eat chew contains Glucomannan (1g), which expands with water in your stomach to helphelp suppress your appetite and help you eat less at mealtimes. Take 1 chew 30min before eat meal with a tall glass of water, and eat a chew (15 cal) instead of that bag of Dorito (150 cal) to help curb snacking calories. This does not contain caffeine nor any weird stimulant ingredients. Convenient to take anytime as long as you have access to drinkable water. This is a good supplement to a healthy diet, and definitely a good aid to help those days that your will power is low.The Amazon price is almost twice as much as when I bought them it at Target for $11 for 20 count. May want to call your local stores before buying it on Amazon.

I have lost 68 lbs on my own prior to using these and was just looking for that little extra something to help keep the weight off - didn't expect miracles but found this product to be completely useless - very disappointing!

I love these. Not only do they help me eat less if I eat one or two, four is a perfect meal. I highly recommend them.
