Bonide 56428 2.75 Lb Bailey's Color Me Blue Fertilizer

I got this for my mother. She loves blue hydrangeas but since living at the beach the last 15 years, the sand and whatever is in it only allows them to bloom pink. First shot this spring and they are turning purplish blue!

Tried it out on a whim on some other plants besides hydrangeas, and believe that it slightly brightened some colors, and on one hibiscus it seemed to change a coral color to a salmon color. Not a huge difference, but I liked it better.

Definitely keeps the bloom blue!

Followed instructions perfectly, though they are very vague, and got no results 2 years in a row. Even reapplied a second time this year and still nothing. Not that easy to use either. I will try something else next year and hope for better results.
