Don't know if it isn't compatible with my machine or if I am doing something wrong
So mine came with no instructions, so I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if it just isn't compatible with my machine. I put coffee in, put the capsule in the machine, it sits fine, the top closes, etc. But only really weak, mostly water coffee comes out. The water doesn't seem to be going through the capsule. I have a Verismo (newer one, not the original machines). It does say k-fee on it, but it is possible this capsule just isn't compatible with it.

Doesn't work
Despite all the one-star reviews it seemed to be working for some people so I gave it a try. Well, the One Stars are right. It fits in the machine which appears to be going through its paces. But despite experimenting with different grinds (coarse, medium, fine, extra fine), how much coffee to put in the pod, how hard to tamp it down, and using both the espresso and brewed settings on the machine, I never could get anything but muddy brown water, and nothing like a drinkable cup of coffee. There is some kind of design flaw with the holes or shape or something. Stick with the Starbucks pods which, unfortunately, are increasingly hard to find.

I’ve tried but it’s not working
I’ve had this product for a couple of weeks, and I have tried it at least 6 times, but it just isn’t working for me. Hardly any water gets through it. I have a Verismo, which works well with the disposable pods. I’m disappointed. I would much rather brew my coffee with a reusable pod than add more plastic waste to the environment.

They work and they save me $$
I have no problem using them in my home or work machines. They save me significant amounts of money vs the prefilled-disposables. perfect pour every time.

Okay once used to it
Once you know how to use it it makes great coffee.

Doesn't work. Needs better description.
I measured and packed my coffee, insured the silicon ọ-ring was in place, hand-tightened the lid in place then watched the pod drop through my Verismo to the catch basket below. I managed to get the pod to stay in place and close the lever securely but as the water was sent to the pod I had an greater amount leak into the Verismo basket and tray then on to the counter. Oh, and the stuff that poured into the cup was more water than coffee! All stop!!! I removed the pod from the basket, it was scalding HOT! Removed the semi-damp coffee from pod, cleaned PID and refit without coffee for a second and third try. To relax after this product failure I dropped a Starbucks coffee pod in and made a hot, fresh cup of coffee. (No leaks at all!) Bottom line: This product is well made but it does not work in my Verismo machine. I do not recommend this product.

Poor design
Not compatible with 2018 Starbucks Verismo machine. As others have described, the coffee is very weak and much of the water ends up in the drip tray rather than in my coffee cup. Would not recommend purchasing this product.
