Durable , sits in vehicle while hot or cold and works most of the time. once in a while it has to be turned on/off so the car stereo can get the signal

I have another one that works just fine but this one is defective
I was able to load music on it one time and then my computer would not recognize the eclipse. I have another one that works just fine but this one is defective. It is too aggravating to send it back so I will trash it. Very disappointing.

NOT TOUCHSCREEN
These are NOT TOUCHSCREEN. My daughter's want touchscreen MP3 player for xmas. ordered these. I was so excited. only to find out that these are NOT TOUCHSCREEN 8 days before xmas. and I ordered four of them. Really disappointed. And yes the ad does say touchscreen.

no instructions and impossible to figure out
No instructions. Impossible to figure out. Even harder to figure out how to navigate the menus. Mfr. responded quickly, but only to say their support was passed to another company. I quickly got a user guide, but it shouldve been included to start with. Save yourself the grief, spend a little more and get a Sansa.
