Been wearing the bracelet for a couple of days now it seems to be working with my hot flushes really lovely looking bracelet I love chunky bracelets but only down side is if you have a small wrist it wouldn’t really suit other than that I would highly recommend this bracelet.

So easy to wear , I never take it off . The only thing I noticed was the gold on it has completely wire off , leaving it silver .
