Item is as described. It does its job. I use this fan for my Dell Latitude E6530. There are four screw holes. Unfortunately I could not fit all screws because the holes on the fan assembly and the holes on the laptop do not line up. I could only place two screws to keep the fan assembly in the laptop, which is more that sufficient. It would be good if they make the screw holes in on the fan assembly larger or reposition its location to fit my laptop.

Unit did not have a manufacturer label on it leading me to believe that this is a knock off. Wiring layout did not match the picture.
