Gonzo Pet Hair Lifter Sponge - 2 Pack

These were great when I had cushioned dinning room chairs that my kitties slept on. It was a fantastic and easy way to remove the fur . They do not work well on a fabric cover such as a sofa cover. It pulls the fabric too much. I've had little experience with using it on anything else.

I have been using this yellow sponge (am still using the first one, have not touched the second one yet) for over two years. Does a marvelous job "raking" fur off certain clothing and fabric-covered furniture (not all fabrics!). For the price, it is very worth a try.Note: the sponge does lose material to a small degree, but not enough to prevent me from continuing to use it.

The Gonzo Pet Hair Lifter Sponge does pick up hair/dust as advertised. I use it for carpeted stairs mostly due to being unable to carry vacuum up/down stairs safely so this helps with that chore.

This product is great for cleaning screens and for getting pet hair off of furniture. Also great for cleaning car dashboards. I just don’t understand why you would make a black that’s 2 sponges thick instead of 2 separate sponges. It’s a waste of the product in my opinion. You don’t need it super thick.

Pull up more dog hair than the vacuum. Gets stuff in the cracks easily.

Another pet hair product that is underwhelming & ill be returning bc it's just not worth the price tag or effort. Does it pick up dog hair? Yes. Is it easy to use to pick up dog hair? Yes. My problem with it is 1. It is only effective for hard surfaces - small pieces crumble off of it easily & it smells awful so I would not use this on my couch or my carpet or clothes. It works for tv stands, tiled floors, baseboards, etc. But so do regular sponges. And 2. The hair does NOT easily come off of it even pulling with my fingers - which I don't want to be fighting with hairs on a smelly, oddly textured sponge. I am not going to rinse it off and then have dog hair in my drains, sink, tub, and have to deal with WET dog hair....thats just too much effort when I can do the same with a 99 cent sponge just the same! And im not going to put it away somewhere COVERED in all the little dog hairs that have embedded into it either! Ewwwww! Not worth it. It's an expensive, glorified dusting sponge. It smells so awful & the texture is gross. It left my hands smelling just like it....not a fan.

These have come to me like an angel from heaven. I have 2 large dogs and a long hair cat. Their hair is on anything that is fabric. These have helped me so much with the hair that’s practically woven into my couch. I would highly recommend especially considering it comes in a 2 pack. Definitely a bang for your buck

I've used a Gonzo sponge before on my lampshades, and really liked it. I never thought of using it on pet hair. It works so well! I use it to take pet hair off any upholstery, or fabric that our cat sits on, and it is so easy to remove from the sponge. It also works so well as a companion to a lint brush that uses the nap of the brush to remove lint and cat hair. The Gonzo sponge helps me to remove lint from that brush effectively. LOVE my Gonzo sponge; it has made me so less concerned about cat hair in the house since I know I can effectively remove it.

If you have a long haired cat or dog they need to be used often. Good product.
