UZIN NC 886 Floor Leveling Cement Patch - Quick Drying, Floor Patching and Smoothing Compound

Description

UZIN NC 886 is a rapid setting, quick drying smoothing compound for repair, filling and patching. It can be used on a variety of substrates to repair subfloor imperfections prior to the installation of most flooring products. UZIN NC 886 has very fine aggregates enabling it to be applied by trowel from a true featheredge up to 1/2" (12.5 mm) depth in a single application. It has excellent bonding properties to a variety of different substrates, often without the use of a primer. The quick drying formulation of UZIN NC 886 allows for most floor coverings to be installed within 15 – 20 minutes on absorbent substrates. UZIN NC 886 is an ideal material for skim coating and covering/smoothing minor imperfections. For interior use only. UZIN NC 886 can be used as embossing filler over existing well bonded residential sheet vinyl and cushion vinyl floor coverings. Floor coverings must be thoroughly cleaned to remove any surface contaminants before being primed with UZIN PE 280. Bond tests must be performed in advance of finish floor covering installations. Comes with a smooth / U notch patching trowel. The trowel is smooth on 2 sides and has 1/16" x 1/32" U notches on the other 2 sides for deeper gauge troweling or adhesive troweling.
