Easy to install, works well.

Though it costs a bit much its working great and it wasn't very difficult to assemble either. Producing a larger flame than before and really pushes out the heat!

Excellent kit. It was delivered quickly. Parts were packaged conveniently. Nothing was missing. The instructions were excellently written and included very helpful photos. Valuable warning notes were included. The parts were all good quality. Easy to assemble.

The valve came packaged fine, with no damage, but after using it for only 3 weeks the tube that feeds gas to the pilot light just broke completely off without anyone touching it or moving it, just one night it wasn't connected anymore. Also, during those 3 weeks, the pilot would not stay lit like it was supposed to. We had to relight it every time we wanted to use it, such a pain.

I had a very minor issue with installing one of the fittings that connects to the valve. I emailed the Seller the morning of Christmas Eve and got a response within an hour explaining how it should be installed. The burner works perfectly and a must for anyone wanting a safe gas-fueled fireplace!

Not needed with Quality Ponderosa Log set purchased.

Sturdy looking product. The package it came in was heavy duty nicely packed! It also came sooner than I expected. Delivery was for Nov, we're still in Oct. Can't wait to see how the product works. I will give an update very soon
