Helps somewhat with my hot flashes, although I wish I could find a natural product that would totally stop them.

This was highly recommended but it id NOTHING for me. I am so disappointed.

Loved the pellets. Was having some success with the new dropper formulation if I put it under my tongue. But 5 drops under the tongue made the bottle last about 3.5 weeks at the most, and at 35.00 $ a crack, that is pretty expensive. Switched to progesterone cream only and am having the same effect, no night sweats and OK sleep, for a fraction of the cost. I supplement a little bit of estrogen cream weekly, and seem to be doing Ok. For now!

These products have changed my life. I used to have such bad insomnia, I occasionally would go 3 nights in a row without any true sleep, and then be in a fog all day. But I sought the help of a nutritionist who does hormone testing and replacement, and we have it all straightened out. These are two of the main products we use, and we re-test my hormones and re-adjust my dosages every 6 months. It is nice to get these delivered right to my door quickly, because her office is all the way across town, and it is hard to tell when you are going to run out and need them in a hurry. It isn't like a pill, which you can count out and see how much is left. It is drops, and it sneaks up on you how much is left when you peer down into the bottom of a dark bottle.

Hormone stabiliazation. Liquid is viscous and fills on 1/3 bottle.
