GE oven temp sensor
My oven was not cooking right, the temps were all over the place, mostly it took way to long to cook something. So, I bought this to replace the temp sensor. It fit well, it works well. The oven went back to cooking like it used to. The only thing I will say is that the supplied connector was not the same as the oven. They provide splices for you. Do the splices like this if the connectors are not the same. Cut the connector off your old sensor. Cut the connector off the new sensor. Splice the old connector on to the new sensor with the splices they supply, then install it. Don't try to splice the new sensor directly on to the old wires by cutting the connector off inside the oven.

Buddy can bake cookies again!
Fixed an error on a Hot Point stove. Previous sensor was faulty and would shut the oven down after less than 2 minutes at just above 350 degrees. Product was decent quality and included everything I needed to install. It was difficult to push through the small sheet metal hole in the back, but I cannot blame that on the product, only the oven manufacturer.

Oven Sensor fixes problem
The infamous F2 error code on my GE oven (1993 vintage) gave me fits for a year or more until I finally did the research and bought a GE WB21x5301 Oven Sensor, a 6 inch rod with a thermocouple inside that senses and reports temperature excesses. It was erroneously reporting temperture excess and shutting down my oven in the middle of a pizza bake or roast. I found the part number on a Sears parts website but didn't like the $80 price tag. I used the part number to find the part on Amazon for less than $45. Installation for my model required that I pull the oven out and take part of the back off to get to the wire nuts that wouldn't go through the hole in front of back of oven. This part came with a quick-connect plug, which I had to cut off and strip the wires to accept the wire nuts. There is no polarity so it didn't matter which way I connected it. Bottom line is the oven works fine, no F2s and wife is happy. She baked a killer bananna bread today. Amazon has always come through for me. I would have rated the part a 5 star if I didn't have to pull the oven and modify the connection.

Oven sensor fixed -F1- error for me
Our GE oven is from 1994, it's a cafe style slide in electric range model JDP36GOP5AD.The -F1- error code and constant beeping would come on after cooking something. The routine becomes running to the breaker panel to shut the power off. Google has many hits for replacing the electronic oven controls, or getting a rebuild for around $200. But I didn't think that was the answer in my case. Our oven only did this when it was cooling down, never when it was actually on. Found some poor guy online who went through 3 electronic control panels before he finally figured out the temperature sensor was giving bizarre readings but only while cooling down.My old sensor is part number WB21X5318. Found on some parts website that it is obsolete, but the WB21X5301 is the manufacturer recommended replacement. It is actually the same sensor but with a different connection. My original sensor was crimped onto the sensor wires from the factory, so I just chopped off the connector on the new sensor, stripped the wires and used the included porcelain wire nuts to connect, and it doesn't matter which wire is which- there's no polarity to worry about. The sensor itself mounted with two Phillips screws. One hole is slotted making it more universal. As a torture test, I ran a 4 hour self-clean cycle after not attempting one in many years. No -F1- error, and a very clean oven!

Wire nuts difficult to install
Item fit fine. However the wire nuts are almost impossible to put onto the very fine wires while your head and hands are inside the oven. I had to twist them together and solder them. Could not get the wire nuts to hold. Also replaced the range sensor to try and get rid of an F3 error message. Error message still comes. Oven still works with error message appearing after the timer has met the selected time. Turn off the oven for about 5 minutes then it works again.

Easy to install, fixed my oven
Four days before Thanksgiving, my GE Profile gas range (model JGBP30CEH3CC) flipped out - the oven was baking at 50-100 degrees below the set temperature, and it was taking forever to light up. After doing the necessary online research, I located the correct temperature sensor (this one) and igniter (WB13K21). Amazon had the best prices for these parts, I discovered. Thanks to Amazon's Prime service, they were available for two-day delivery, and arrived on the day before Thanksgiving. Using several YT videos, my son and I were able to install the parts in a little more than an hour, and after testing that night the oven was ready for turkey, stuffing, potatoes and rolls the next day.

Terrible Quality, I don’t think this is actually a GE Part.
The media could not be loaded. Terrible quality- I don’t think this is a genuine GE part. Or it may even be used. The cords are in bad, frayed condition, and aren’t white but appear tarnished. And also, contrary to advertising, this part does not fit our oven.

GE WB21X5301 Stove , Oven Range sensor
This is a good , less expensive replacement for the more expensive sensors. On my stove I had to modify the tip slightly. But if you know what a sensor is , in the first place, it should be really easy to install. Not to mention not having to pay a $200 repair bill
