As a 28-year practice owner, it is rare that I find a practice management book that I find truly useful. This is one of those fair finds. Written in a conversation style, Paul provided a look into his incredibly successful practice, giving the reader excellent information that can be implemented easily into any practice. This is not fluff or trite content. It is filled with common sense and unique ideas that will provide the reader with the tools to take a practice to the next level, whether it is a start up or a more seasoned and established one. I purchased both the written text and the audio book. Get both, since much of the info he gives you is easily implemented when seen visually. I’ve let my team listen as a group to several parts of the audio book then we’ve taken the pdf associated with the audio version and customized it for our needs. Support our fellow dentist’s work here and also reap the benefits of this information. A+

It was full of educational and actionable guidelines/language that cohesively leads the reader through how to achieve greatness within the practice and for the patient experience.Sometimes you read a book and there is no call to action. Others are full of ideas with few plans.This was not the case. Hi! Rising D4 here! I received this book as a gift and ended up listening to the audiobook while doing lab work. Overall I really enjoyed it and honestly I feel like it helped inspire me to do more dentistry! I even started listening to Dr. Etch’s podcast which is a free bonus! Thank you!

I was really drawn to the way Dr. Etchison framed his book. It starts by highlighting the way that dentistry has traditionally been done, and challenges you to think of the ways that you can set yourself apart throughout each step in the patient experience. It is full of great calls to action and good ideas about how to work with your staff to make them feel part of the team. I would also highly recommend Dr. Etchison's podcast, which does a good job of looking at the bigger picture and addressing the areas of dentistry that are often overlooked, like emotional intelligence, prioritizing your focus, finding your purpose, etc.

Such an amazing gift to practice owners. Please read this book if you own a practice. It will definitely help you improve your practice

Dr. Etchison didn't perfect his tone, but his emphasis on dental systems stimulated thought and inspired me. The pictures and diagrams convey his points and communicate his ideas, so your business can excel!

I really enjoyed this book. I was flying for 2 hours and I couldn’t stop reading this book. The message from the author is so clear and authentic. I like to a lot of business and self improvement books but this one is one of my favorites. I already have 2 or 3 take action tips to improve my team and practice productivity. Great read!!!! This is a great book to read to help vamp up your dental office… It gave so many great ideas even having to tweak them a little bit to our own really helped lead us in the right direction

This is by far one of the best dental practice books I have read and listened to on audible (yes I own both versions). I wish that I would have had this book and its guidance years ago when I was thrown into ownership suddenly after only two years of practice. Regardless of your stage in your career, this book gives great insight into how you can take yourself and your team to the next level. I highly recommend this book.
