Good Value
First off, getting this thing out of the box was a bit of a pain, but at least it was packaged well. There were no damaged parts and everything was there.Amazon Shipping: Sucked!!! Had to call several times to get an answer, each time with a promised call back that never happened. Tracking was a joke on this product as well. They got it to PA in no time (im in WV about 3 hours away) and then it sat there for 5 days. No one had an answer and then it finally showed up in town (in the tracking) but said it was handed off to USPS. USPS does not handle packages of this size so I didn't even bother calling them. It was handed off to some local carrier who then took 2 more days to deliver. I did not get my PRIME promised shipping date and time.Assembly: The assembly instructions were not that hard to understand. Some steps were not as in depth as they should be (step 7 part H has a notch in it that is not stated in the instructions) and also not enough parts (step 5, says use two of part F, there are only 6 of part of so you cant use 2 of them... not sure if they meant 2 total but if so they didn't state it that way in any of the other steps.) So I ended up having to redo step 5 removing one of the part F from each side to use on the later steps.Use: I have not used it a ton, but it works and works pretty well. The quality seem to be good and the ease of use it good. The only complaint I have is that it seems like the foot pedals are leaning forward causing my feet to slide to the front of it. I could be wrong but thats how it seems to me. Other than that the speakers are kinda low but they work ( didnt have high expectations for them anyway), If I want to listen to music i will just turn on the stereo anyway. As another review stated it does seem to have a bit of a wobble to it. I adjusted the levelers and it still has a wobble to it. Not bad enough to return or be concerned about. It could be because I have it on carpet but I do have a workout pad underneath of it made for an elliptical (gym grade). The resistance seems to be good and it has enough programs in it to keep me happy. Not worth the upgrade to the 616 just for Bluetooth and a few extra programs. This might have a fewer bells and whistles but is a better value. My fitness pal integration is almost a joke. You have to upload to the Nautilus website and then tell it to sync. It is easier to just enter the calories in manually. Don't know if I will take the time to do this step or not. (I doubt it)Overall im happy with it. It seems like its a quality machine and everything seems to work well. I get that gym quality workout without having to be at the gym.

Great elliptical for the price
Pros:Machine works great but it will take a week or two of use to get used to if you have been using other ellipticals. At first I didn't like how the foot pedals are angled forward but I did get used to it after about a week of use. I'm about 5'10'' and the stride is perfect. It was simple to put together, took about two hours, but it is heavy so assemble it in the room that you want it in.Wide range of workout routines or you can do a manual routine. Has a port for your Ipod and USB, I've only used my Ipod with the machine though. The speakers are a little quiet but I didn't expect to hear Bose quality sound. The fan is perfect and has three levels of speed and will adjust to point towards your face or chest. Some reviews said it is weak, which is true, but the point of a workout is to sweat and the fan provides just enough air to keep cool.Cons:The computer does not track your speed and distance properly. Maybe it just needs to be configured, but I know for a fact that it does not take me 15 minutes to complete one mile, which is what the computer says. Also, you can be striding at the same speed but once you increase resistance, the RMP's increase, I suppose just to offset the increased resistance. No big deal either way. The timer does work properly so that is what I use to measure my workout. The rubber wheels started to shred slightly after the first week and they still seem to be deteriorating. I imagine after a year or so the wheels will have to be replaced. I purchased the 3 year extended warranty and I would suggest you do the same. The warranty with the machine is only for 90 days, not very impressive.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a home elliptical machine at a relatively low price. It doesn't have all the whistles and bells, but if you use it property it is a great workout.

I'd buy this again!
We've used this now a month and while it wasn't quick to put together, it was fairly easy to follow. Took my husband and I about 1.5 - 2 hours if you include all the unpacking of the parts. The Elliptical does squeak and make noise from time to time, but I use the lubricant they had in the box and that remedies the noisy parts. The only criticism I have (why I didn't give it a 5) is that they put the phone/iPad/Tablet rest right under the display. So, if you put your things there, you can't watch or see your progress. Some people like that, I don't. Also the guages are way off which makes my previous point null! I can walk on this for 30 minutes and the display says I only went 0.3 miles! Yet my tracker says I did over 5 miles. Plus my heart rate usually always shows "100%" even though my heart rate on my tracker shows differently.I like the fan speeds, the plug in for my devices and the size/height is exactly how I expected it based on the description. It was a great mid-range price and seems to be well made.

Problema con el servicio
Gran problema.
