Henné Organics Lip Mask - Natural Organic Moisturizer Treatment for Plump Lips

This lip mask is very nice, I wanted it as a long lasting balm to keep my lips soft throughout the night. As I’ve just received this I cannot explain any drastic changes or anything, but from using it so far, I’ve noticed that it’s not the type of lip mask that you’d scoop up with your finger to apply a thick layer onto lips. It’s more like a balm, as you rub your finger into it, it only gives a thin layer. If this product came with a scoop tool I think it would have been perfect, as you can’t get a thick layer onto your lips with just your fingers without making a mess. I have these Jordan tooth cleaners, and I cut the bristle part of them off with scissors and they fit perfectly into the lip mask tub. Allows you to scoop up product and smear onto lips without making any messes. With a thick layer, the lip mask is fantastic! Pleasant feel and smell, neither of which are overwhelming, filled with good ingredients and even with a thick layer on my lips it feels like a balm. I recently got braces in and my lips get drier than usual and the mask did indeed help with it. Keep in mind that this mask has a gold/yellow tint. You can’t get away with using it as a day time balm, but it doesn’t stain my lips or skin.

I had a terrible time this winter with dry and chapped lips. A couple of the products I tried caused reactions ( hives) which made the problems worse. I stumbled onto this product. It worked for me like a dream. Soothed and softened my lips with no reactions. I love the scent and the feel of it on my lips. This is a larger than standard “pot” for a lip balm. I’ve been using it for 2 months and have about 75% left.The instructions say to wipe it off after a few minutes but I just leave it on. Very pleased with the results.

I am always on the hunt for the best lip moisturizer. I find this to be a little irritating when I first apply it. It has nice smooth texture once you have it on for a few min, but I am concerned its not really providing soothing, healing properties. I will keep looking. So far the best I have found is Bite Lip Mask.

This is balm works well, but grit developed in the balm that is unpleasant feeling. Because of this, I probably won't reorder.

I bought this as a last Hope to fight chronic dry lips. We we’re headed to Europe and with a plane long plane ride, hotel rooms and winter ahead of me I needed something better than the normal chapstick. It is costly, but with what I spend on waxy lip balm in a year this I bargain. It is lip saver. It really moisturizes, doesn’t just sit on top of your lips like a gloss. It’s heavy duty but not pasty or waxy. Not Vaseline either that’s just gross. I use it all day, I use it right before bed and throughout the day. I love the packaging. The little black jar is sleek and looks great on my nightstand, in my purse, etc. I gave up my first jar to my son who was recovering from a severe cold and his lips where cracked and peeling. Two nights later and they were almost all healed. On the fence? Buy it. I also bought the tinted lip stick. Worth every penny. Oh and the kicker??? MADE IN THE U.S.A.

Not worth the money I was super disappointed with using this product I had very dry chapped lips living in the high desert of the Colorado Rockies was really needing something desperately to help with my lip dryness so I tried to find the best product I could and bought this, Unfortunately it did not moisturize heal or do anything for my lips, I feel my lips were even worse off after a week of using it. I had really high expectations based on the few good reviews that this product had and was very disappointed.

I ordered this for the first time recently along with several other Henné products. The packaging is beautiful (black glossy container with elegant branding). And the quality of ingredients are outstanding.The lip mask feels super thick and cushiony on the lips. It's a treat to use it; I normally put on before bedtime. Has a slight lemony scent which I find refreshing.And the best part, it really works! Lips have never been softer or plumper (I'm also using along with Henné's other lip products: lip exfoliator, balm, serum).It has a bright yellow color, even on the lips. But you take off after 30 minutes. And I've never had an issue with staining or anything like that.

As others mentioned, this is not an inexpensive lip treatment, but it is oh so worth the money! I live in a high mountain desert climate, and by the end of summer, my lips are so dry ... regular lip products can only keep the cracking at bay; lips never look or feel moisturized. In just one treatment with Henne, my lips looked and felt amazing. The directions say to leave it on for 20-30 minutes, but I’ve taken to putting it on right at bedtime - I wake up with happy, hydrated lips. The product has a pleasant, light fragrance from its ingredients and is completely non-irritating. I do recommend ordering mini cosmetic spatulas to lift the product out of the jar without having to dig a finger into it - Amazon sells many inexpensive versions.
